Chaos, art, music and creativity:

When you finally reach enlightenment and cut up your past, the future will leak out. Why do we construct these dams to begin with? Is it by design we build walls to protect our emotions? In a more compassionate world would I have grown from child- hood still able to remember my good memories? I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Only when you recognize trauma, can you truly begin to heal, even if you don't remember. Until we accept ourselves and love ourselves for who we are right now, for- giving ourselves for yesterday, but appreciating we will not begin to grow into who we can become. If there is something you don't like about yourself, actualize the fact, you have the ability to change. sometimes taking the first step is the hardest thing you'll ever do.

The universe is fluid, our institutions teach us to embrace the current and flow with it. Threatened by byzantine laws made-up by people who feel they are of a higher or- der warn us about swimming against it. I wonder sometimes if the leaders of all, are those who are taught to turn against the natural flow and see the alternative paths, all of which are just as possible. They navigate as the crow flies, through the sea of aver- age, shaping the world to fit their needs and desires. Turn off the TV for awhile and embrace the world that brings you life. The ones that have everything are born, not into privilege but into families that already have the knowledge of the current and how to swim against it.
